Former Managing Director of IMF to Present Keynote Address: Diggers and Dealers is pleased to advise that Mr Rodrigo de Rato, former Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will present the keynote address at the 2012 Diggers and Dealers Mining Forum in Kalgoorlie on 6 August 2012. He was Managing Director of the IMF from 2004 until 2007 a period when the profile and integrity of the IMF was substantially enhanced.
